Louenhide offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $130.

Orders under $130 are at a subsidized flat rate of $15.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING is not currently available for shipments to USA due to increased times to process shipments at the border.

IMPORTANT:  Shipping fees are not refunded for late delivery or return of goods, including expedited shipments.    

Delivery Times

Please allow up to 7 business days to receive tracking information, and a further 5-7 business days for delivery.   Orders are delivered by UPS and no tariff or fees are paid by you the customer.

IMPORTANT: All delivery times are estimated only, cannot be guaranteed and are not refunded for late delivery.

Pre-Orders

If you have purchased a Pre-Order product in addition to an In-Stock product, your products may be delivered separately.  Please note you will only be charged for shipping once in these circumstances.   If you have any questions about the status of your pre order item, please contact [email protected] .
